Romanesco Italia
Baker Creek
75-95 Days. A true and popular Italian heirloom with stunning, apple-green heads that are superbly flavored. Its fractal form is a fascinating logarithmic Fibonacci spiral. This variety is widely grown in northern Italy. A must for many of the finest chefs. Growing Tips: Sow very early indoors, or direct seed outdoors 2-4 weeks ahead of last-frost date and again in midsummer for fall harvest. Best in cool weather.
